A compact, conveyorized wet process system for PCB Production that's perfect for start-up operations, research and development activities, or small-scale manufacturing applications, the A1024 can be configured for a variety of processes including develop, etch, resist strip, solder strip and chemical clean.

The sturdy A1024 System now offers a thin material production upgrade package featuring the patented Reaction Roller Conveyor System that reliably transports down to 2-mil thin core materials and lets you handle the most exacting production requirements. A1024 Systems are extremely easy to install and operate. They also feature ASI's unique "dome" glass lids for at-a-glance process monitoring, and chain drives instead of gears to reduce the parts count for more reliable performance.

To add more automation, all Eidschun Materials Handling equipment is completely compatible with ASI Systems, including the A1024.

A1024 Wet Process System Features:

· High impingement fixed fan sprays in process chamber for proven   fine line capability and process uniformity on both top and bottom   of panel

· Conveyor system with digital speed controls that reliably transports   down to .005 thin core laminates and many flex materials with a   full 24" (610 mm) of spray coverage

· Built-in blower-driven air knives

· Digital temperature controls

· Two-stage cascade rinsing for low water usage

· Superior heavy-duty materials and construction for continuous duty   and long life

· All machine components are enclosed, allowing easy access for low   MTTR

· Optional resist filter and separator

· New Sump Table option (shown) provides for chemistry storage   during periods of inactivity
