The economical A2025 System combines full wet processing abilities with maximum
space savings. Engineered with ASI's advanced wet process technology, the A2025 platform offers extreme
production flexibility. Its unitized design with removable output simplifies system expansion by
letting you add new modules as process needs evolve. The A2025 main cabinet is available in two sizes:
Standard (42") and Extended (70").
The standard A2025 is ideal for moderate-volume PCB operations and prototype production runs, research and development, or specialized process work. Increase throughput with longer process chambers or additional modules and you can handle full production demands for a variety of processes including develop, etch, resist strip, solder strip, chemical clean, DES, SES and more.
The A2025 offers a wide variety of equipment options including driers, water-savings packages, rinse follow-on modules and more. The System also features ASI's unique "dome" lids for at-a-glance process monitoring and chain drives instead of gears for more reliable performance.
To add more automation, all Eidschun Materials Handling equipment is completely compatible with all ASI Systems.
ASI A2025 Wet Process Systems offer:
· High impingement fixed fan sprays in a 42" main chamber for proven fine line capability and process uniformity on both top and bottom of panels
· ASI's patented conveyor system that reliably transports down to .005 thin core laminates and many flex materials with a full 24" (610mm) of spray coverage
