Choose from a complete range of hoist system control options from standard to advanced.
Our Standard hoist controls are designed for high reliability and ease of use by combining the latest technologies like touchscreen displays and process software with standard drive components
that are available off-the-shelf through local distributors.
Hoist control programs provide for timeway data entry, auxiliary equipment control, prompts at preventative maintenance
milestones, in-process inspection activities, controlled fault tolerance in the event of a power
interruption, and dynamic tank selection to accommodate multiple stage processes. They also allow
for remote diagnostics monitored from our plant for software updates, troubleshooting and fault
detection.
We offer sophisticated production and process control with our Standard Controls and our optional Process
Engineering and Control System (PECS).
Standard System:
The Standard System is PLC controlled for high speed real-time processing. An easy to use
touchscreen display presents control information to the operator for the hoist and timeway
movement. The number of process stations that can be addressed is unlimited. Among other
functions, the PLC Controller provides:
· Color touchscreen data input and display
· Color Touchscreen data entry for timeway
· Color Touchscreen start-up and shut-down check list
· Color Touchscreen diagnostics for all I-O
· Protected displays for system set-up
· Positioning and I-O fault tolerance
· In-process inspection capability
· Stopwatch time display for each station
· Close loop control for accurate load positioning
· Hoist data display shows speed, position and next position
· Dynamic selection of multiple station tanks
· Drip time control for each tank
· Rack oscillation for rinse tanks
· Auxiliary component control screens (optional) for pump
control, heater control, liquid level monitoring, and temperature control
· Alarm detection and pop-up information display
· Help screens for built-in operator manual
· Maintenance milestone tracking and prompting
· Manual control pendant
· Multiple hoist availability
· Remote modem diagnostics (optional)
Advanced System:
In addition to the above, the Advanced System utilizes our Process Engineering and
Control System (PECS) to provide a variety of options including:
· PC computer for data storage
· PC to PLC interface
· Color monitor for data input and control
· Separate electronic recipe traveler per load
· Actual dwell time and temperature input
· Ampere hour recording for rectified tanks
· Surface feet totalizer for each tank
· Chemical metering control
· Rectifier control
· Production histories for each job and lot
· Engineering and job parameter information
· Operator ID for each job
