Eidschun's next generation CycleRinse modules are designed to handle all the rinse requirements for an individual finishing process in one compact, space-saving unit. Here's how CycleRinse technology works:

1. The plating barrel or rack is placed into the CycleRinse module via an automatic hoist or manually. The barrel or rack stays in the CycleRinse module for rinsing while the hoist or operator moves to another process demand.
2. Each CycleRinse module contains a series of reservoirs that are sequentially pumped to and from the rinse tank in cascade fashion to rinse the barrel or rack through four separate dilutions.
3. After each reservoir has been pumped to the rinse tank and back, fresh water is pumped to the rinse tank. The fresh water drains to the last rinse reservoir, creating a cascade from the cleanest to dirtiest reservoir. Then the dirtiest reservoir overflows to waste treatment.
4. The timing of each stage of the rinse dwell time can be adjusted. When the rinse cycle is complete, the barrel or rack moves to the next chemical process.
