- The E1000 System is a pre-engineered reel-to-reel plating system designed to accommodate a wide variety of strip materials. The E1000 is unique in the industry due to its ability to incorporate several selective plating technologies that represent the experience of industry world leaders in equipment and process chemistry for electroplating. Each E1000 system is designed to accommodate insertion of several selective plating technologies into the process line with minimum set-up time.
- Accommodate solid, prepunched or pre-formed and wire-wrapped or "bandolier" strip material up to 3.00 inches in width.
- Plate stripes on one or both sides of a strip, simultaneously.
- Plate multiple stripes on one or both sides of a strip, simultaneously.
- Depth plate strip and pre-formed connectors
- Overall plate strip and pre-formed connectors
- Selectively plate L.E.D. frames
E1000 Systems feature a complete, self-contained materials handling system, designed expressly for continuous reel-to-reel selective plating. With proper tooling, the E1000 is capable of plating strip material, lead frames, connectors, and related products, either selectively or overall. Depending upon the production requirements, the materials may be processed at speeds up to 100 fpm.
