- E3000 Systems are designed to process small parts (discrete length) through multiple wet chemical processes. Developed to take advantage of ASI's 30 years of experience with horizontal roller conveyor transport technology and fluid spray applications, the E3000 also employs Eidschun's E50 horizontal processor technology for specialized immersion processing.
Electronics industry applications include the production of:
Ceramic wafers, graphite wafers, BGA arrays, and components
Industrial applications include the production of:
Brake parts, clutch plates, shafts and transmission disks
Individual parts are transported on either a mesh belt or a roller conveyor, depending on the nature of the parts being processed. Any combination of processes over a wide range of temperatures can be accommodated such as:
· Oxide coatings
· Phosphate coatings
· Cleaning chemistries
· Acid etching
· Alkaline etching
· Electroless nickel and more
