Due to their expandability, E40 systems are often the appropriate platform to begin a new process offering. From initial design, each process station in the E40 can be equipped with the required accessories such as heaters, spargers, rectifiers, filters, pumps, anodes, cathodes, ventilation, and more. Over time, as the process develops and production needs grow, or labor conditions warrant, the E40 can be retrofitted with an Eidschun E60 semi-automatic or fully automatic hoist. E60 Hoist installation is relatively uncomplicated, and customers often assemble the hoist for the E40 using their existing maintenance personnel.

E40 systems are built to last with robust construction, quality components, and the flexibility to change as required by new process demands. The ability to fully automate the E40 System offers a significant advantage over competitive systems, since the E40 will not become obsolete as production requirements change due to growth, personnel changes or product quality issues.
