- E400 systems utilize baskets for materials handling. Parts are placed into the basket for processing and a hoist transports the baskets throughout the process from load to unload. Baskets are custom-designed for each customer's needs to provide maximum productivity while accommodating manual or automatic loading of the basket, as well as process chemistry drag-out concerns. The E400 equipment line is built with the hoist most suited for the load to be processed. Electromatic, ProLift and Bridgematic hoists are specified, based on the size of the load or weight of the load. Control systems also are dependant upon the level of control sophistication and data logging needs by the customer.

· Chemical conversion coatings
