- E500 Automatic Rack Process systems utilize an Eidschun E60 hoist specifically adapted for rack processing. Equipment construction features heavy-duty stainless steel framework and hardware, robust tank design, polypropylene hoods, and top quality accessories. Rack agitation options include: flight bar reciprocal agitation, rack rotation, flight bar vibration, and flight bar vertical oscillation.
E500 Systems are fitted with a choice of our E60 Automatic Hoists. Lift capacities range from 250 to over 1000 pounds, allowing customers to choose the hoist best suited for their rack size. E60 hoist models include: Side Arm, Rail Runner, and Bridge type systems. Control systems are available from simple low cost PLC control to advanced PLC processors with PC supervision for multiple processes and dynamic scheduling.
E500 systems also feature Eidschun's new Cycle Rinse module that provides up to three cascading rinses in a single station. Single station rinsing reduces hoist travel time and increases hoist efficiency. When overall machine length is reduced, a single hoist can often out perform multiple hoists that spend much of their time servicing traditional multi-tank cascade rinses.
