- The E70 is a universal loader/unloader system for handling rigid printed
circuit boards. The E70 will load panels from a cart on to a horizontal conveyor with the panels
oriented on the cart from 0 to 90-degrees. This ability to adjust to varying panel orientations on
the cart permits the E70 to adapt to existing customer panel storage equipment. The E70 will also
unload panels from a horizontal conveyor on to similiar cart configurations. This versatility
coupled with the unique side positioning of the E70 allows it to accommodate most conveyor sizes
and process equipment.

The E70i and E70is loader/unloader systems for printed circuit panels are specially adapted for inner
layer handling because their special flexing action assures only one layer is lifted at a time. They
load from a cart to a horizontal conveyor or from the conveyor to the E70i or E70is. This versatility
combined with our unique front or side cantilever positioning makes these systems compatible with most
process conveyors. They feature pneumatic motion control for long life, vacuum generators for lifting
panels, and a PLC System Controller. An optional gauging system is available to measure panel thickness
and halt operation if two or more layers are lifted. The E70is system offers a slip-sheet option so
layers never touch each other during production.

Designed specifically for innerlayer handling, this horizontal unloading system automatically
unloads printed circuit panels and layers from an adjacent horizontal processor. Panels enter
the E75 one at a time through a pair of spinning rollers that eject the panels onto an integrated
table located behind the rollers. A pressurized air blanket cushions the layers as they land on the
stack. The table height is controlled automatically, moving vertically to accommodate the height of
the stack.
