Technical Information

    E700 Automatic Anodizing systems utilize an Eidschun E60 hoist that is specifically adapted for flight bar processing. Equipment construction features heavy-duty stainless steel framework and hardware, robust tank design, polypropylene hoods, and top quality accessories. E700 systems can be integrated to support different types of anodizing and hard coating processes as well as conversion coatings and different color finishes.

    E700 Systems are fitted with a choice of our E60 Automatic Hoists. Lift capacities range from 250 to over 1000 pounds, allowing customers to choose the hoist best suited for their rack size. E60 hoist models include: Side Arm, Rail Runner, and Bridge type systems. Control systems are available from simple low-cost PLC control to advanced PLC processors with PC supervision for multiple process and dynamic scheduling.

    E700 Anodizing systems also feature Eidschun's new Cycle Rinse module that provides up to three cascading rinses in a single station. Single station rinsing reduces hoist travel time and increases hoist efficiency. When overall machine length is reduced, a single hoist can often out perform multiple hoists that spend much of their time servicing traditional multi-tank cascade rinses.
