The E90 is ideally suited for the load, unload, or accumulation of rigid panels which range in size from 4 to 30 inches in length and width. As a LOADER, the operator places panels on the E90 which is continuously loading panels on to the customer's conveyor. No adjustments are required. As an UNLOADER, the operator must remove the unloaded panels from the E90 prior to the E90 being fully loaded to prevent an alarm and shut down. The system will hold over 50 panels which provides for a large queue. As an ACCUMULATOR, the E90 can be placed between conveyors to serve as a buffer or process queue. An example of this type of application is after film lamination, where the panels are allowed to cool before passing on to the printer.

E90m Loader/Unloader

The E90m provides for the load, unload, and accumulation of a 50 (64 maximum) panel queue for horizontal processing equipment. Applications include the loading or unloading of laminators, etchers, scrubbers, developers, etc.

The E90m is ideally suited for the load, unload, or accumulation of rigid panels which range in size from 4 to 30 inches in length and width. Since the E90m is mobile on high quality casters, it also serves as an automated panel rack which can be loaded at one station and moved to another to be unloaded. As a LOADER, the operator places panels on the E90m which is continuously loading panels on to the customer's conveyor. No adjustments are required. As an UNLOADER, the operator must remove the unloaded panels from the E90m prior to the E90m being fully loaded to prevent an alarm and shut down. E90t Loader/Unloader

The E90t provides for the loading or unloading of a 50 panel queue for horizontal processing equipment. Applications include the loading and accumulation or unloading of rigid panels from laminators, etchers, scrubbers, developers, etc.

The E90t is ideally suited for the loading and accumulation or unloading of rigid panels which range in size from 16 to 30 inches in length and width. The E90t features a unique design integrating an indexing panel separator belt with a special panel storage cart. The E39 cart is constructed of sturdy stainless steel and can be ordered in extra quantities.

The panel separator assembly on the E90t is raised or lowered on operator command by a motor control switch. This activity will load or unload the E39 cart. The cart can then be used to transfer panels to another station. As a LOADER, the operator places panels in the cart which is then docked to the E90t. The operator commands the E90t to transfer the panels in the E39 cart to the E90t and then continuously load panels onto the customer's conveyor. As an UNLOADER, the machine will continuously receive panels to its capacity at which time it is ready for an operator to command it to transfer its batch onto the cart. If the operator does not attend to the E90t when it has fully loaded itself, an alarm will sound and shut down will occur.

E95 Accumulator for Layers

The E95 Layer Accumulator provides for the loading, unloading, and accumulation of flexible PCBs or Innerlayers. The E95 is complete with IN and OUT conveyors and will hold a maximum of 55 pieces. The system is fully reversible to accomodate various process requirements.

The E95 is available in several configurations depending on its intended use. As an in-line buffer, the E95 includes both IN and OUT conveyors and is placed in the customer's process line. In this configuration, the E95 will queue 64 panels. As a Loader or Unloader the E95 is fitted with an E10 wicket conveyor which mates the E95 with the customer's process line conveyor.

E96 Buffer

The E96 Buffer provides for the load, unload, and accumulation of a 30 panel queue for horizontal processing equipment. Applications include reflow, etchers, scrubbers, developers, etc. The E96 can be provided with entrance and exit conveyors to mate with adjoining equipment.

The E96 is designed to be an intermittant usage active conveyor component. It is typically installed into a customer's conveyorized process line at a position to capture panels to prevent the panels from continuing down stream as would be required when a process machine in the system shuts down. When the E96 is not buffering, the internal conveyor will pass panels through the E96. Buffering can begin from a signal from the operator or other process equipment.
